Poor infrastructure, sidewalks, abandoned properties. If you are thinking of a posh area, Ayia Napa is the wrong place.

Perfect hotel, stylish and very helpful staff, the night portier Yiannis was amazing, when coming back from dinner etc. we always stay at the front desk for a chat and he brought fresh fruit and even a bottle of wine as a gift.
We recommend this hotel for couples without kids.
