Kaos Hotel Apartments

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach or a night out. The location is excellent. It's about a 15-minute walk to the main clubbing area in Ayia Napa or 4 minutes and 16 euros by taxi, which is close enough to enjoy the nightlife while still being far enough away to avoid most of the noise. There are also several good restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, and overall the property offered good value for money. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property for anyone looking for a spacious place in a convenient location. A little more transparency about the housekeeping schedule would make the experience even better.

The only downside was the housekeeping policy. We were surprised to learn that towels are changed only once every two days and bed sheets only once every three days. While this may be perfectly acceptable for many guests, we believe this information should be clearly stated in the property description before booking. Some travellers may prefer daily housekeeping and could choose different accommodation if they knew this in advance.

The location was perfect. Supermarkets, restaurants, and more within a 5-10 minute walk. The pool area and pool bar were both nice touches, but sadly, we only walked past and didn't take advantage of either. The room was a good size, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more.

The WiFi was not very good. Check-in is after 14:30, and when we arrived at 15:10, the entire floor from the kitchen, living space, and bathroom were still wet from just being moped. The television was not working, and we were not able to program it to receive any stations. Seemed to be a lot of noise from the main road as well.

• The AC was not cooling the air that was unpleasant. Imagine sleeping with this humidity and high temperature without AC. Quite frustrating. • Need bigger Parking space

Found a cockroach in the room, bit grubby around the edges. Binned a forgotten possession on the same day of checkout and was told it could not be recovered.
