    המלון הוא במיקום הכי טוב שיש באיה נאפה ליד כל החנויות, ברים, מסעדות, מול מקדונלדס. יש 3 בריכות, בבריכה הגדולה יש גקוזי אבל הוא לא פועל כגקוזי אלא כבריכת ילדים. ארוחת בוקר בינונית לחך הישראלי, אבל חוץ מזה מושלם. שירות מעולה, נקי, מיקום פצצה הכל במרחק הליכה, החדרים ענקיים, מיזוג שעובד מצויין, ומחירים ממש טובים.

    last year we were in this hotel and had a wonderful experience that we wanted to repeat. this year we are really disappointed. The reception is desperate, they don't give us any information and they solve problems slowly or not at all. We got a room that was certainly smaller than last year, which was by no means 24 square meters. she was looking at the busy street. they didn't change our towels twice, once they didn't even leave one in the room, which is unacceptable. cleaning is very bad. The only bright spots of the hotel are the location, the Mr Lazarus room safe and the food for dinner (compared to last year, the selection is also much weaker). If things are not brought to the level of last year, I would not come back here again.
