We had a wonderful stay in Ayia Napa, and Seasons Hotel exceeded all our expectations! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to everything you need. Everything was fantastic, and we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cyprus!

The location is excellent. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The meals are plentiful and delicious, but the service leaves much to be desired. At check-in, we asked for an extra room key but were refused, as hotel policy supposedly limits guests to just one. On the second day of our vacation, I went to the reception to ask for a blanket, since the room only had a thin coverlet rather than a proper blanket; I also requested an extra set of towels and a pair of slippers. I was immediately denied the slippers on the grounds that my room category didn't qualify for them, though I was told the blanket and towels would be brought later that day. I also insisted on getting an extra key, explaining that as a couple, we each needed some independence; I eventually received one (accompanied by a threat that the housekeeper would come to check that it wasn't being left in the power slot). However, we never received the blanket or the towels. I expect a more serious level of service from a 4-star hotel.

it was impossible to sleep, because of many things for example teenage boys slamming doors all night we tried calling reception and woman was rude she said she already been there an heard nothing (lie). Also there is Luna Park supposed to work till 00h but it works till 3am and music is so loud I slept with pillows on my head. One night teenage boys also came drunk banging on everyone’s door and than went to their balcony and screamed for 15 min.Simply you will not sleep one night.AC is dripping water when you turn it on you will brake your neck if you forget that the floor is wet.If you came to take a shower between 1pm and 7pm you will not,the pressure is so low so it’s impossible. Also you can turn on do not disturb button but room cleaning will come to wake you up and if you say you don’t want room cleaning she will come in😂
