Very clean, food was fantastic, a good choice of drinks and strong WiFi signal
Some of the staff are just plain rude especially a restaurant manageress, who came across extremely condescending! No inside bar for all inclusive guest is an issue.

Superb location, great food and drinks choice and spotlessly clean
No bar inside the hotel for an all inclusive guests only Frankie’s which is chargeable.
Lady manager of the restaurant should be not in the hospitality industry, she is so crass, moody and petulant!

Big room, good mattress, very good location, nice outside area.
4 swimming pools, 2 bars, 4 restaurants.
Horrible pillows, noisy fridge and doors.
Basically, if you book, try to get a room at the newest buildings of the hotel. Otherwise it is not worth it.
Incredibly small parking, small breakfast area indoors.
