Melpo Antia Hotel & Suites

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would like to thank the team for their hospitality. Special thanks to the reception staff for the warm welcome and smooth check-in. It was lovely to meet Lina, who is Lithuanian, and she provided exceptional, professional service throughout our stay. Daniela was also lovely, friendly, and professional. The location is excellent, with shops, bars, beaches, and restaurants all within a 10-minute walk. Despite being in the centre of Ayia Napa, noise levels were minimal. We stayed in both a street-facing room and a courtyard-facing room. The courtyard room was very quiet, while the street-facing room had only slight noise when the balcony doors were open. We enjoyed the pool bar, which offers great cocktails at reasonable prices (€6-€8, with a daily special at €4.50). Thank you to Ibram and Zigi for their excellent service. The themed dinners were enjoyable and the food was good, although the quality of the house wine could be improved. Breakfast offered plenty of choice but became repetitive after a week. It would be nice to occasionally include options such as smoothies, a detox station, made-to-order omelettes, or poached eggs.

Suggestions for Improvement The hotel has two swimming pools, one of which is advertised as an adults-only relaxation area with decked sunbeds. However, during our stay, children were allowed to use this pool when accompanied by parents. While I understand the intention, this made it difficult for adults seeking a peaceful and relaxing environment. I believe it would be beneficial to make this area exclusively available to guests aged 16 and over. I also noticed that during the late afternoon, particularly between 4 pm and 6 pm, there were often empty cocktail cups left around the pool area, with some even floating in the water. This detracts from the overall appearance of the facilities and could be addressed through more frequent checks and collections. Finally, the pool water was surprisingly warm, almost matching the daily air temperatures of around 35°C. A slightly cooler pool would provide a much more refreshing and enjoyable experience during the hot summer months.

Perfect premises , relaxed , luxurious

It is very nice, the hotel is well kept, staff was great, good location, rooms are great, nice little gym. They put a fruit bowl and a bottle of vine as a welcome pack.

Only thing is that breakfast is the same every morning. Not too diverse in my opinion.

Big room, good mattress, very good location, nice outside area. 4 swimming pools, 2 bars, 4 restaurants.

Horrible pillows, noisy fridge and doors. Basically, if you book, try to get a room at the newest buildings of the hotel. Otherwise it is not worth it. Incredibly small parking, small breakfast area indoors.
