Very clean well positioned with polite and helpful staff.
Room though a good size felt a little basic and tired also for the time of year extra blankets which were not stored in the room would have been welcome.

Excellent breakfast with lots of options. Clean pool area and general. Big pool with a nice pool bar. They offer pool towels for everyone. Big room and spacious bathroom. Perfect location. Fast lift. Very kind and friendly staff. I would visit again!

Breakfast was excellent, staff was professional and very polite, pool was incredible. The hotel per se is really nice with the location being great and all the rest
BE AWARE!!!! Booked a 'Pool Front' room which my logic said it would be a room on the ground floor facing the pool and for that reason, the price was higher than the rest of the rooms. To my surprise, I was given a room on the first floor and told that they also name these rooms 'Pool front'. I argue with the receptionist that this was deceiving as this should be call 'POOL VIEW' and not 'Pool front' as advertised. I did not want to escalade the matter so I accepted the room. After an automated email from the hotel for a survey, I mentioned my disappointment for the matter but the Management only acknowledged the issue as an IT matter and did not even apologize rather than the usual 'hope we see you soon in our hotel'. To be fair, everything else was really nice but when this happens on the first day, the rest of your holiday is stigmatized. Wanted to share this incident with you and just have in mind when choosing the room.
