Spacious and great central location

Great location for a family wedding in Huntingdon - walking distance to hotel where wedding was held. Spacious property with plenty of accommodation and great to have 2 bathrooms and downstairs toilet.

Very good stay central to our needs everything we needed, added bonus having tea/coffee/sugar

Location was fantastic we attended a family wedding at the church in the centre of town which was a 2min walk from the accommodation

One of the bedrooms had no windows but a skylight on the ceiling which was very bright so my son and his fiance didn't sleep to well as it was very bright very early

Huge accommodation but needs TLC.

Excellent size rooms, beds were comfortable, good location, toilets upstairs and down, nice en suite in main bedroom, parking right outside property.

Not well maintained, a foul smell in toilets and bathrooms, TV only had apps or ITV, small fridge, no fans. Had to leave windows open and nearby pubs were noisy.

We did not spend a lot of time at the property as was in Huntingdon to attend a family funeral.

Somewhat difficult to find at first but once found was easy enough to go back and forth. Lots of space. Bathrooms appear to have been recently renovated. Central location. Great having a parking space outside the property.

The apartment was chilly and the owner had issues increasing the temperature remotely. The outside of the property does not give a good impression on arrival and would benefit from a repaint. A second lock on the door would make it feel more secure. Bedrooms felt a bit tired. One of the bedrooms has only a sky light which is not covered and so light is constantly shining through.

Good time to explore huntingdon.

Location is fantastic, being in the centre of Huntingdon, just 1 step from town centre. Every thing at walking distance, bus station and train station.

Very disappointing and upsetting for my family

Location

The property entrance was covered in weeds and pigeon dirt. The property is very tired the furniture was disgusting you would not want to sit on it or sleep in it. Mouldy food left in cupboards and beer cans in bins. Carpet in bathrooms which was disgusting. Broken beds and rubbish left in bedrooms. This property could be stunning if the owner put in some effort. We had to move into a hotel as not fit to stay.

Very disappointing

The location.

The property was shabby, dirty, dusty, dangerous cables in the living room, smelly & dirty downstairs toilet, entrance porch covered in pigeon droppings and cigarette ends.

It was OK, spacious, well located and reasonably priced.

The actual place was massive and adequate for our needs. The lady who was cleaning the property when we arrived was really lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The location was very good and central with an amazing Polish supermarket about three minutes walk from the front door. We were out and about most of the time so it was a good base to return to. I also felt that the host was open to suggestions to improve the property and I think it would be a great place to stay with some minor improvements and more information prior to booking. There is only one parking spot available but the nearby car park was exceptionally reasonable and the local people were very helpful and friendly.

Something needs to be done about the pigeon crap at the front of the property. It looks like measures have been taken but have not been successful in preventing the birds from nesting and roosting on the roof and gutter. If the property is catering for six guests then there is not really sufficient cutlery, china ware or glasses available. The fridge was adequate but if I had had young children with me I'd have preferred something larger. Finally, we have come to expect a washing machine in places that we have rented for up to six of us. Again, with small children this is a necessity.

Superb

Really spacious house (apartment is misleading!), well equipped in fantastic location right in the centre.

Difficult to get the heating right, but owner responded very quickly with solution. Only space for one car, so parking difficult for family with two.

Nearly very good , but needs updating

Although a bit run down it’s a lovely period property, and very large. Great central location and very good value for money. A little TLC on the amenities and it would be great

Outside of the building was dirty , pigeon droppings and cigarette butts. Some beds mattresses need replacing.room with skylight needs a cover

Sufficient for our needs but a few relatively minor improvements could make this a much better place

Central location - surprisingly quiet given it was opposite block of flats and near busy restuarant

Shower controls in main bathroom faulty - went from cold to very hot water which could not be altered (thermostat problem?). Lack of certain basic items eg wine glasses, teapot, tea cosy. Lounge furniture very tired - could do with replacement or at the very least a good clean. Parking permit was missing - this luckily did not cause a problem.

Not worth anywhere near the money

It's situated very close to restaurant's and shops.

Very high priced for an old building with old furniture. Fridge/Freezer was absolutely filthy and had a bad smell. Old smelly carpets. Very poor kitchen equipment. Would not stay here again
