Very convenient location less than five minutes walk from the town centre but mostly extremely quiet. Warm and comfortable on a chilly weekend. Contains everything you need for your stay.

Noise from the pub might put some people off but it was always stopped suddenly at a reasonable time so it didn’t bother us.

It’s central location for the town, the town itself.

The lounge was very dark, needs more natural light. The pub behind was extremely noisy every night, thankfully there was only two of us we chose the double bedroom (smallest) furthest away from the pub. Couldn’t connect our Amazon stick to the internet but may have been user error, that said couldn’t connect our phones either, either that of the signal was poor.

The property was spacious, clean and comfortable. There were plenty of items provided in the kitchen, plentiful toilet roll, and nice to have 2 keys! Both beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. Very easy to find the property and nice to have good parking. Very close to town but mostly quiet apart from some live music from the pub at the end of the row on Saturday night. But it didn't last long and was good to listen to! There are lots of options in the town for eating out. We tried The Welcome Chinese restaurant and River Terrace which we both good but the stand out was The Tellers Table. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed! The river boat cruise on an electric boat was also wonderful. You'll find it at The Quay.
