The property is in a great location, easily accessible, secure and has a dedicated parking space. It’s a lovely property which is spacious, clean, very comfortable and well maintained.
No tumble dryer as (still) listed in the property facilities - which was required as we’d been traveling for a few weeks and needed to do a couple of laundry loads. The property is close to a local pub and one night (Friday) the music and patrons were particularly loud - thankfully it stopped at 11.30 pm.

Good size rooms downstairs and main bedroom very spacious. Furnishings were very with comfortable. Very convenient for the town centre
Very dark in the sitting room. Difficult to open the en-suite door wide enough to get through!

Large main bedroom and very convenient for St Ives town centre. Useful having 3 toilets and guaranteed parking.
In hot weather it is a heat trap and can be noisy if the nearby pub is having an event. The bathrooms are a but run down/ drain poorly.

Very convenient location less than five minutes walk from the town centre but mostly extremely quiet. Warm and comfortable on a chilly weekend. Contains everything you need for your stay.
Noise from the pub might put some people off but it was always stopped suddenly at a reasonable time so it didn’t bother us.
