Lovely lodges in a lovely location

Lodges were clean and well presented with all the amenities required. Beautiful location. Access is easy to come and go without disturbing anyone. Great communication with host, she was flexible and relaxed regarding timings.

A big group of us went we had all 3 lodges they were excellent ,clean and comfortable.

Very enjoyable, with minor niggles easily fixable.

Unusual layout but it worked, great for families with small kids. The lodge was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Good heating system, easy to work out, place was warm. There was all the kitchen amenities you needed in such a small space., but a coffee maker/cafetiere would have been good. The garden was amazing and huge, even had its own river. There were a couple more lodges in the garden but you didn't notice, the area is very quiet. Good carparking facilities behind an electric gate, very safe. Burwell is a beautiful village well worth a walk around with easy access to Ely, Newmarket and Cambridge. Great value for money.

The very technical shower was either freezing cold or burning hot. The oven didn't work properly, it only came on if you messed with the timer. The oven door wouldn't close unless you kicked it shut. We had five people but only 4 dining chairs. The Wi-fi kept cutting out. A light outside the front door at night would have helped easier access.

Amazingly clean and beautiful place to sleep

The lodge was beautiful, very big, well kitted out and nice and quiet. The bathroom was awesome and also had little touches like cotton buds and pads to be used. The location is great and simple to find along with the instructions sent before my stay.

The only minor and I mean very minor is that the car park is dark and trying to get my car out the turning circle made me nervous of damaging the lawn.

Kitchen well equipped. Nice plates and cups etc. Decent set of pans. A bit of additional equipment. All that's needed for some basic catering. Good shower. Everything thought of.

A beautiful location to peacefully unwind and relax

Such a beautiful and peaceful space to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring especially in the massage jet packed shower. Hosts were amazing. Very kind and friendly. The pub down the road was so warm and inviting and served up the best Thai we have had in a long time.

Brilliant relaxing break enjoying the wildlife especially the muntjac family

Beautiful and peaceful with lots of wildlife nearby or around the cabin. It had everything we needed and much more. The host was very friendly and welcoming we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. We recommend it completely to anyone who’s thinking of going there. You’ll have a great break.
