Lovely peaceful lodge, that had everything we needed for one night of alone time, to get away from our everyday lives. Host Lorraine, was lovely and easy to contact, if we needed.
Very small minor problem, as I have bad knees, was the bed was a little too low and it made it difficult, for me, to get out of. However, I had fun trying to get up and it certainly wouldn't put me off, booking it again in the future, as everything else was lovely and just what we needed.

Beautiful location with large garden
Lots of shops and places to eat within a short distance.
Check in was easy and communication before meant it ran smoothly.
Owner was on hand if needed but not at all intrusive. She was very helpful and knowledgable
Property was spacious and clean. Everything we needed was on hand.
Great for children. Plastic cutlery and plates, even a small high chair in the cupboard.
