The property was nice and modern and spotless. Having 2 bedrooms, both with double beds worked a treat.

Great apartment and great host.

Very easily accommodated our very last minute booking (our previously booked accommodation was cancelled on arrival at that property). Communication was excellent. Apartment was spotless. Parking inside the courtyard, was safely off the road.

It was alright.

I liked the snacks that were left, and there was milk and the necessary bits to make a cup of tea etc. It was quite well stocked. The view of the allotments was nice, especially with the sounds of the cockerel and chickens (it might annoy some but it felt like I was home with my birds). There’s plenty of space to store clothes. Plenty of plug sockets in handy spaces. It was mostly clean. It was easy to find, and access. Despite being on a main road, it was actually surprisingly quiet at nighttime for traffic. Town is a 15min walk away, there is an Aldi shortly down the road which is convenient.

I went to cook myself a pizza, to find a tray with burnt on food on it which I was not happy about- it concerned me about the overall checks done for cleaning. The walls were thin meaning I could hear the conversations the noisy neighbours were having, as well as their phone ringing a lot, and they were banging around midnight-1am when I was trying to sleep. Despite there being 3 TVs, they could really do with being updated to smart TVs… the main one wouldn’t get channels, one in another bedroom wouldn’t turn on (I changed the batteries in the remote and I’m sure it was broken), and the 3rd tv, I gave up with after it wanted to be updated. Thankfully, I had my laptop.

Enjoyable stay will continue to use on future occasions

Basic amenities provided in flat so no need to go shopping. Location is very good 10min walk and in centre of Newmarket great.

Slight problem with shower control getting stuck on very hot. Difficult to turn and adjust needs further investigation

A very successful stay.

The location suited us well as we were going to both the Rowley Mile Racecourse and the July Racecourse which were a matter of minutes away. Both double beds were extremely comfortable with good quality bed linen.

Accomadation was self catering. Owner provided a folder with local restaurants with recommandations for which were the best and contact numbers for taxis.

Curtains on the bedroom windows would help with the light coming through the blind on the window.

. Apartment suited us to a tee. .we were on a 2 day stay and milk water and snacks left as a welcome. Bed was so comfy . Shower really good and kitchen well equipped . 10 minute walk to town centre. Cant fault staff who kept in touch with us from minute we booked.

We liked everything but others may not like steep stairway to apartment. But company have ground floor aswell.

Great stay at this nice apartment!

The apartment was cosy with good facilities. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice and the kitchen was well equipped.

The parking was inaccessible for my medium sized car. This meant I had to park in a nearby street. This was not a problem, just a little inconvenient as it was raining heavily on arrival and departure. The the apartment information had prewarned me so I have no complaints. I recommend that you reverse up to the arch to load and unload and then park elsewhere.

Not as clean as I had expected. Felt as though it had been rushed.(did ask for eRlier check in so maybe that's why) bathroom shower door not great,toilet seat loose and bedroom not hoovered! Coffee in canister looked like it had been there a while! Beds were comfy.its on the main road and traffic heavy through the day and night.great location for town.
