17 OutRisbygate St - 3 bedroom house that sleeps 6 with one private parking space

Very convenient situation for exploring the city centre and collecting family from the station. Easy to find. Good directions and text communication from the manager, who was very helpful with some queries I had (eg booking taxis) Pleaseant, airy living/dining room. Big fridge and freezer. Plenty of hot water.

Piffling issues. Would be good to have a teapot and cafetiere. And kitchen cloths. (plenty of other cleaning equipment and pan scrubbers/washing up liquid etc was provided). Just no cloths for wiping down surfaces. No lock on the bathroom door.

We loved the location and the look of the property. The bedding and beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept well.

The parking spot was very difficult to get into. We thought it would be worth losing a small amount of the back garden to make the space more accessible. It would have been nice to have an outside table and chairs. The back garden could do with a bit of attention.

Great for a family spacious with plenty of the basic essentials,

•Couldn’t open the front lounge windows or front upstairs windows •the garden , not really a place for a child to play , all overgrown with nettles and weeds . Linen line just laying amongst the uncut grass and no outside furniture to sit and enjoy the lovely sunshine . Also couldn’t find the bins to put the rubbish outside . One more thing- neighbours water feature that I think is broken and not filtering the water properly kept us awake all night. If it was my place I would provided Travel cot High chair Fans , for hot weather and because you can’t open some windows.

Decor was up to date. Sofa and beds were comfortable. Walkable to town centre

Needed more items such as cutlery, coffee maker was broken, couldn’t open window in one room. Needed outdoor furniture.
