Used as a base for a lovely weekend visiting Cambridge and IWM Duxford. Enjoyed nice ale and food in the pubs in Milton.

Very clean and had all the things we needed for a short stay. Milton has four pubs so we weren’t short of somewhere to eat.

Nothing serious to worry about really. We Had to go and buy loo roll asap as there wasn’t very much and no spare rolls. Full ashtray left on the garden table - we are non smokers.

A lovely, friendly stay

Lovely, clean, well-equipped place set in a quiet and friendly location with great local pubs and facilities. Very handy, too, for Park and Ride into Cambridge. Dil (owner) was responsive and helpful, very friendly, access to the property was straightforward and it’s really easy to find.

A convenient and pleasant apartment stay in good commuting distance from Cambridge

This is a semi-detached townhouse in a quiet suburban cul-de-sac, around a 15-20 minute drive from the centre of Cambridge. Parking is provided directly outside the property. There is a Tesco superstore a 5 minute drive away and a bus stop a 5 minute walk away, from which you can get into Cambridge in around 40 minutes. There are several pubs within a 10 minute walk and a very nice nearby nature reserve to walk or cycle around. Inside, everything looks to be newly refurbished to a high standard. There is a functional kitchen with full fridge and oven, plus a washer dryer. We also appreciated the provision of a clothes drying rack - we are used to air drying our clothes in Australia and this fits in well with the obvious dedication to minimising the climate impact that this property has (another big tick). The instructions for recycling could maybe be updated as they were a little confusing for a foreigner/out of towner, but the host responded to my queries promptly. The bedrooms upstairs are not massive, but provide double beds and space to hang clothes, so are adequate. The bathroom was nice and the shower had excellent pressure. The additional small WC on the ground floor was a bonus.

The stairs are quite steep and narrow. There really needs to be a hand rail added to ensure that they are safe. The fitted sheets seemed to be slightly too small for the beds - I had to remake the bed each morning as they had come untucked overnight, and I am not a particularly "active" sleeper. The fan in the bathroom was quite loud and didn't switch off for quite some time after the light was off, which may help to reduce mould but was annoying during the night.

Just the job for the night after attending a wedding nearby. Plenty of room and easy access. Everything you could possibly need.

Wonderful property, fab facilities

Excellent facilities and easy access and perfect location not far from Cambridge city centre. Wonderful for a friends reunion! We had a brilliant evening eating, drinking and storytelling in this warm, inviting property.

Only complaint is that there were some cobwebs in the bedroom.

Great stay and would happily return.

Very clean when arrived, easy to access keys on arrival. Plenty of space with 2 rooms upstairs and sofa bed downstairs. Large tv and 2 bathrooms with lots of space as there were 4 people. Ideal location and very quiet area.

I couldn’t find one fault with this house.perfect price and idea, for money.
