The property served for us all in the end… we did however miss not having a sitting room!

It had the bedrooms we needed for a large party.

Parking was a problem and the area wasn’t particularly nice however, the neighbours were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen wasn’t well equipped for 11 people. However when I contacted the owner he organised new of everything. Sadly, we didn’t benefit from this as we only ate one meal in the property together and that was on the first night!

A winner in Newmarket 🏆

Great central location for access to town. House was immaculately clean and bedrooms beautifully decorated. Communication from start to finish was quick and friendly. Really appreciated taxi details forwarded (saved us a fortune). We were a family attending a family wedding nearby, with ages ranging from teenagers to grandma and everyone loved the house. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

No dedicated parking space, so be prepared to park a short way from the house (if necessary). Dining room can be a bit of a squeeze, but didn't stop us from eating together.

Close to the centre of town,the back garden was nice.nice kitchen.

Lack of utensils & cups ,draws had nothing in them,bedroom 1 bed broken,slats kept falling out,bedroom 4,mattress uncomfortable,lack of a lounge was a big miss,bathroom on the right,the heat setting on the shower,was not adjustable,scolding hot.

Would recommend and stay again. Clean and tidy, perfect location

The property is in the perfect location in regards to Newmarket, all attractions or shops/restaurants are easily walkable. In regards to the house, it is 3 floors with pretty steep stairs but easily manageable. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. There is no living room as such, but instead a dining area with a tv, this is a great space for everyone and it’s attached onto a full equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine dryer so everything is covered. The communication from the owners was 10/10 and couldn’t do enough to help me. Highly recommended

Good location, big home, perfect for groups or families.

6 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, each room with own door lock, comfy beds and nice furnishing. Kitchen equipped with basic necessities including a washing machine (with dryer function), fridge and freezer and a dishwasher.

Perfect!

Ideal For us. Very central and convenient. Just up from high street but still easy to find parking. Comfy beds. Nice modern decor but period features. We really liked having a private area out back to relax each day. Also nice to have good communication and clear arrival instructions all sent to our phones so checkin was quick and easy.

Not good in any way - cheap and dirty student accomodation at an hotel price

This was not a well run place. See below for issues. This was extremely expensive for a bad experience. This is not acceptable for the price paid.

The property was not clean, dirty towels left from prior occupants. Bins left outside. Bins inside were filthy, no bin bags provided. Lack of kitchen equiment. Fridge had left over going off food from prior occupants . Dirty and old pans. one half toilet roll for 2 bathrooms when 5 rooms taken. Unacceptable.

Very good

Visited on a sunny weekend so were able to use the beautiful garden for dining. Layout worked well for our extended family of 9 and everything was clean and well looked after. Excellent location for visiting the races

The layout wouldn't suit very tall people or those with difficulty walking as there were very steep steps with a low ceiling down into the kitchen / dining area. A couple of comfortable arm chairs maybe in the corner of the dining area would have been nice to relax in at the end of the day

Characterful period Townhouse in super convenient central location

Great communication through the App we were provided with following booking. Comprehensive information regarding check-in, house and surroundings. House was very clean with smart bathrooms, the beds were really comfy so we had a nice lie in. Also was nice touch to see robes were provided so we could laze about in the morning for breakfast. Super convenient location for everything really. We were able to get some shopping, go out to eat, explore and even visit the race course for a walk from the property as a family without having to think about cars or taxis. We will definitely be back.

Excellent accommodation, great value for money, highly appointed and efficient host. Recommended

The property was in an excellent location, very clean and excellently furnished as per the pictures. I found the wifi very reliable with several family members using their phones and iPad for streaming whilst we were there and I was still able to work. I would highly recommend booking this accommodation. The self checkin was seamless and I really liked the communication from the host. I will stay again when in the area, great location for Newmarket Races as well

Exactly what we needed.

Great location close to town. Flexible check in - we didn't have to meet/communicate with a host as check-in was automated (Digital Code Lock on Front door). Comfy beds, private terrace outside, quiet.

We had 3 cars so it took us 5 minutes to finds spaces outside the property. Having said that this is not uncommon for properties with such a central location.

A good crash pad.

The beds were very comfortable and the addition of bath robes was a nice touch. There was tea and coffee on the cupboards and the house had been fitted out to a high standard. Showers ran hot and at a good pressure.

Unfortunately the automated locking system was broken when we arrived so we had to stand out on the pavement and wait for the management to come and let us in, the man who came was an excellent host and made us feel better about the situation. One of the rooms the floor wasn't hovered and there was spilt coffee on the walls behind the bedside table, the lack of bin bags in the bathroom bins felt unsanitary.Parking was difficult in the area for the amount of people the house can accommodate.

Pleasant

Clean and spacious, automated locking system on each door meant access without need of keys.

On street parking with other residents meant it was pot luck to get a space. High rising flats opposite and limited alternative parking options. We went as a family so only the one vehicle but if you’d gone with a few cars/vehicles, it would be a struggle to get the space. Booking process very clunky - requires lots of small steps. Several threatening emails/messages about noise restrictions as in a residential area and the risk of having the agreement cancelled with immediate affect. We went as a family so worried what is considered loud noise with a young family. Would’ve been nice to have been notified of such restrictions on the original booking site.
