A great stay in a 5 star lodge

We loved the lodge. The property is in an excellent location, private and very quiet, yet at a very short taxi ride from Cambridge. It is spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable..The hot tub is beautiful and quite large. The instructions to check in were very straightforward. It was very thoughtful of the hosts to provide some milk, break, biscuits, orange juice as well as butter, coffee and tea. Another plus was the games room with a pool table, snooker table and tennis table.

Superb!

Beautifully clean, homely lodge in a fantastic setting. We really appreciate the welcome pack on arrival and the hot tub and games room were a real treat. An issue with the heating on our first night was immediately rectified. We didn’t want to leave!

The Lodge is solid , Brick base , Timber frame , composite panels, UPVC double glazing, etc. - very good Decoration, Furniture & Fittings are immaculate

Fabulous, fun, relaxing and all you need for a great stay

A Very lovely lodge, clean had everything you need and more, attention to detail impeccable, lovely gifts milk and juice etc Prosecco a very nice touch. The owner checked in with us, and brought an extra fan, seeing the animals was an added bonus we will definitely be back

Absolutely excellent and hope we can find a reason to go back sometime

The property was in an excellent peacefulsituation and thoughtfully designed round a lake. Donkeys,goats,alpacas and even a peacock could be seen. The lodge was extremely well appointed. Sharon and her team could not have been more helpful and friendly. The close park and ride and Tesco make this a top notch place to stay Sheila S

My second time at the lodges. Perfect place to unwind and recharge. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and the lodges have everything you need for a perfect stay. Will definitely go back again.

Great place 😍

We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived untill we left. Lovely welcome pack on arrival. Beautiful and quite. Nice a relaxed just what we needed. Animals lovely to watch and feed. Fishing was good. If i wanted to say somthing was negative was it was a bit windy at times, but you carnt do anything about that, in nature's hand 😍

attention to detail.. there was a lovely hamper of goodies upon arrival. we had robes to use with the hot tub too which was lovely . the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. super comfy beds too

Sharon was super welcoming on arrival! The lodge was like home from home - every little detail had been thought about. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our kids especially loved feeding the ducks, donkeys and goats. We can’t wait to return!

It's a beautiful setting and easy to find. The perfect place for a chilled weekend. Lots of space to spread out and hang out with such a welcoming welcome basket which was soo kind. Plus amazing place for sunsets.

Just Fabulous!

Very easy to get to, instructions from Sharon with codes to enter and get keys were spot on. I cannot fault the place. As soon as we got there we felt at home. We could smell the cleanliness as soon as entering the lodge, loved the little touches of Christmas tree, and additional decorations. Everything you could want in the kitchen (we bought some essentials, but wasn't needed) even a sandwich toaster was provided! comfy bed and useful sofa bed in lounge, lovely soft 3 piece towel sets for each guest, hot tub towels, fresh coffee, toiletries....the list goes on! We have stayed at another lodge in Cambridge, but this one far surpassed its facilities and our expectations, like the welcome hamper with Proscecco - Thanks Sharon :-) It was a very relaxing stay, peaceful, wonderful outlook, great size hot tub (pre heated and ready to go!). We even braved the cold to say hi to our four legged neighbours, Alpacas were very curious and posed well for photos. The kids thoroughly enjoyed their stay and we will most certainly be returning, hopefully in the summer to make full use of the outdoor area i.e. bbq!

Clean, Cozy, well equipped. Totally unexpected welcome box. Donkeys, goats, chickens and alpacas- plus a lake . What's not to love?

A very minor criticism … the games room needs a curtain or blind, when it’s really sunny and you’re playing Snooker it’s blinding

WOW Absolutely stunning place to stay, the owners have thought of everything. We could not recommend it enough. Fully equipped with everything you need, it was like home from home. Absolutely huge lodge, very clean and tidy. Thank you so much to Sharon, Zoe and Dave. We will be back.
