Good location, easy parking outside property, but first come first serve. I didn’t have problems getting a space, has everything you need for a short stay. You need to bring your own toiletry.
The mattress was not very comfortable, one side seems to be too soft due to people has been sitting on it all the time, we have to swap side during the night due to backache. Property is not very sound proof, and vibrate when someone walk upstairs.

The view of the garden and the location. The bed was comfortable but creaked horribly as you got out. It was on a convenient bus route.
The carpets were marked, the instructions for entry arrived too late (i.e. use whole hand on touch screen), the room wasn't ready when we arrived, could've done with a toaster. We fortunately got a parking space but I think parking in the local streets would've been difficult as it appeared to be local residents only or no parking at all. It all felt just a bit basic.
