Acceptable for our requirements but we would not have wished to stay for more than one night.

Stay away from this place and book another one. Aweful property owner

Nothing. The place hasn’t been clean for our arrival and everything starting from the bed was used by the previous guest. The towels were on the rest room floor and shower. The bed was messy. The sofa bed was messy as well.

Cosy apartment with nice lighting

Had a slight issue on check in but customer service were very professional and accommodating. Very friendly staff, who were attentive and available. We will be back.

Lack of amenities in the local area. It would be nice to have a small covered outdoor space to shelter from the rain.

Cheap and cheerful. Great communication and instructions. Easy to find and perfect for a short stay.

Location was good for the people we were visiting. Basic accommodation but good value. Parking was OK on the street and area was good. Very little noise at night. Most things you would need for a longer stay were available. Only there one night but toiletries and tea/coffee nice touch. Travelling to Stanstead with friends that live in Cambridge - Early Morning Flight.

Bed was a little uncomfortable, but expected. You don't put an expensive mattress in a rental! Shower was OK but not fantastic. Stairs quite steep and narrow but fine. Wi-Fi bandwidth was weak - Not sure where the hub was in the building.

Suitable for one night, close to Addenbrooke's hospital

It was well heated, with constant hot water. The bed was comfortable

Limited amount of crockery ( only 1 bowl, 2 mugs) some of which wasn't clean. We could hear noise from the other apartments ( walking overhead, washing machine, items dropped in the night). Lack of signage on side gate it wasn't until we got through the gate that it was clear we were at the right property. Requirement for a £100 damage deposit when furniture was already marked/ damaged.

no contact with host required, good instructions as to access, clean modern functional.

Only one shower towel. Riser bracket for shower head broken. Waste Bin had not been emptied.

Needs a better cleaner

Location was quiet, easy to find

Kitchen was dirty, no toilet roll left, people before left washing up in oven and dish washer, bad smell in kitchen, keys were not left where they said. They did offer someone to come and clean but we was in there and trying to get ready to go out. Should have been checked before we arrived!

Nice location

Location was ideal for our visit to a music festival at Audley End being just 24 minutes away. Hotels nearer to the event were charging up to £500 a night so this property was decent value for money. Excellent communication from the host throughout, towels, toiletries, tea and coffee all provided which was nice.

We were in a ground floor apartment and unfortunately the apartment above was occupied so we could hear the occupants talking, walking about, using the bathroom etc. They weren't being excessively noisy but we were kept awake until 1.30am.

Good location - Addenbrookes hospital as well as the city centre are well accessible by bus. Tesco superstore nearby is a life saver. Good instructions and decent parking just outside the gate. Value for money.

It would have been better if there were a few essentials such as salt,pepper, oil, these were on the pictures of the property. The mattress and sofa were not comfortable

Convenient location. Comfy bed, clean linen. Reasonable price. Could be 5 star with more effort and attention to detail. We were in 1st floor apartment, friends in ground floor, review about the same.

No parking. Very flat pillows. Dirty utensils. Oven door broken. Hob cracked and dirty. Only 1 bathtowel for 2 people. Freezer needs defrosting. Shower waste needs attention.

All in, there's even iron available. Very sunny apartment. Good value for money. We were allowed to check in early.

Bedroom and En-suite were all fine. Had a good nights sleep, quiet and comfortable. The shower was good.

There was only one cup available, it transpired that the other, plus dishes etc were still in the dishwasher. However, the dishwasher hadn't cleaned well, apart from the cup which we cleaned, we left the rest in situ. The welcome tray was just daft. An open canderal sachet on top of some others that were unopened, plus some other sugar. No tea bags, coffee or milk etc. Just salt and pepper. The yellow scourer for washing up was filthy, as was the oven glove and the oven had white cleaning fluid in the bottom which was off-putting so we didnt use it. The blinds in the lounge were down when we arrived and it seems that this because they dont work. Just needs a bit of attention and this would be a much better place to stay.

there is no yellow lines outside anyone's houses but two of your neighbours asked me to move my car as they park there own cars outside there house been better if you had your own private parking area or you could use the parking for your property
