Beautiful House by Station with Private Parking

Very conveniently located near to railway station and Mill Rd shops, pubs and cafes. Bathroom/bedroom layout good for through draft on hot summer nights. Loved the big TV

The house was in a great location, making it easy to get around Cambridge and explore the city. It was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable, homely feel. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay, and the quiet neighbourhood with the amazing backyard made it very relaxing.

Location

Very small. Not enough space for two adults and two children. No curtains over door in lounge, so difficult for kids to sleep. Very noisy staircase, so everyone got woken up when visiting the bathroom. No chairs. Limited crockery in kitchen. Limited electricity points. Noisy hot water heater. Taps in bathroom sink are not mixer taps. Plug in bath had to be pulled out and adjusted to work. Back door difficult to close as bottom part moved. Back door was the only way in as only one key provided. The door had to be locked with a key from the inside which is both a security risk and a safety risk in case of fire. Parking space was often occupied by others. The house was expensive in relation to its size.
