Served a purpose but disappointing and not a place to stay in comfort.

Close to centre - good access to everywhere, clean, good communication before arrival, easy entry.

The house was clean and tidy but not well cared for. Broken items included toilet seat, washing machine, cupboard door, bedroom door, back gate and table legs. Equipment was very minimal and missed simple items like a bottle opener and scissors. The location was good but quite noisy with people going to the station. The spiral staircase was very noisy to use at night and the house was only really suitable for two people.

Handy base for a couple of days in Cambridge with a parking space

It would be an overstatement to describe it as beautiful, it is more of a basic property which had a few aspects in need of updating/maintenance, which the key contact responded well to resolving following our feedback.

A very handy place to stay

It is a compact one bedroom house that is well equipped. Good tv and wifi. Bedding was clean and the furnishing were acceptable. A nice touch in the bedroom is that the lamps have charging points. Very useful as there are not so many sockets. It is very close to the station and for me that was an asset. The hot water was good and the kitchen was well equipped save for the notable absence of a bottle opener!! It’s very peaceful and in a residential area just off a much more lively area bustling with fun independent shops, unusual things to eat and more commonly recognisable supermarkets. The parking is excellent and I loved the local pub at the end of the road who were also kind enough to pull a cork for me. It suited my need admirably.

The property (not the furnishings) is a little tired. The paint work and the corners need a little more care. The ice box door on the fridge is not fixed in place but the fridge is fine. The spiral staircase is a bit noisy and takes a little getting used to. Despite that a fair offering for the price and I enjoyed my stay

Small, lack of amenities also having to check in though back door with a lock that jams also back gate jams had to get a neighbour to help

Good location. Essentially no TV

Excellent location, good bed and towels.

Essentially no TV - no terrestrial TV and only US apps. No milk for tea coffee. No toiletries whatsoever (unlike as shown in pictures)

It was ok for a weekend away.

It was lovely and quiet and only a short walk to cafes and pubs. It was a bit too light the blinds don’t keep out the sun and there’s no blind at the front door, I slept on the sofa downstairs as we were 2 friends and wanted our own bed space. It was comfy enough but just lots of daylight.
