It was set in beautiful grounds, out in nature away from the bustle of the city. very grand main house, close enough I could walk to work and had I had more notice i needed to stay somewhere it would have been perfect. it has everything you need to cook for yourself and is a lovely quiet setting with friendly and helpful staff, all very welcoming.
there wasn't anything I would say to complain about, I didn't like having to leave for work the next morning, I would have rather slept in until check out time.

Quiet, clean and well equipped room situated in beautiful grounds, but within very easy reach of transport networks, (including M11). We accidentally left a shirt in the wardrobe and staff were happy to arrange for it to be mailed to us, (with us covering the cost, obviously).
Envelope with our key in had incorrect name on it, (but was so similar to our name, we assumed it must eb for us). Vending machine took money, but didn't dispense snack, as snack remained balanced on the edge of upper shelf-however, we managed to retrieve it eventually.
