Good location, misleading policy

Good location, bus stop is right outside, grocery store nearby

Mentions free toiletries in policy but in reality they provide only starter toiletries. Need to change the policy and make it more clearer.

Worked as a home base.

The apartment was close to bus lines, restaurants and shops. The apartment was roomy, had necessary kitchen supplies, bedrooms were roomy and beds were comfortable. The washing machine, balcony clothes-drying space, and availability of laundry soap was helpful. Neighborhood was quiet. Park nearby.

Per the reservation, check-in was supposed to be at 15:00, and we'd be notified with access information. We called the host around 15:45 when we arrived and hadn't gotten any information. We were informed that there had been a problem with the previous tenant and the cleaning process wasn't yet done. We were given the option to place our bags in the apartment and return later when we were informed that the apartment was ready. We finally called again after 16:30 when we hadn't heard anything, and were then given the access code. We understand that the check-in time can be difficult to always meet, but the lack of communication was disappointing. The apartment was surface clean, but the tea kettle and some dishes were not. Toiletries were supposed to be available, but there were none. Having only one key meant that if one person left they had to leave the unit unlocked, or the person inside would be locked in. It would have been helpful to have had two keys.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment with great location. It was clean and ready earlier than our check in time.

On our arrival there was no toilet paper, clock in living room wasn't working and we found an extremely dirty frying pan. I am not nitpicking but small details like this leave a mark on the whole experience.

the staff were super helpful even bought us extra fans for the bedrooms. shower was amazing, really enjoyed my stay here

unlike a lot of properties it wasn’t hard to get the luggage to the apartment. it wasn’t directly in old town but was a £4 Uber there, and there were bars and restaurants near by that were a bit cheaper. there was a supermarket directly below which was so handy

Sehr gut Lage und Top Appartment

Sehr Gute Lage, Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet alles was man benötigt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und alles ist sehr sauber. Ein Balkon ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Playas de Dubrovnik

La zona de Lapad es muy buena , el departamento pequeño , pero estaba bien . El colectivo para llegar al centro histórico se tomaba en la esquina .

Faltaban cosas de cocina , éramos 5 había 3 cuchillos , el mobiliario era viejo , le pedimos ingresar media hora antes y nos dio el código a las 3 de la tarde en punto . Nos olvidamos unas cosas y nunca nos informó .

È andato tutto bene

La struttura pulita e spaziosa. Fuori dal caos a mezz’ora a piedi dal centro. Poco parcheggio ma siamo stati fortunati a trovare vicino. La colazione compresa recapitata a casa è stato un servizio molto apprezzato visto che saremmo partiti la mattina. Ha la lavatrice, nel caso serve il detersivo. Silenzioso.

Il palazzo, il contesto in cui si trova il palazzo e la scomodità di tutte quelle scale con le valigie. Manca il freezer.
