The location was excellent. A copule of mins walk to the heart of betws y coed. The room was clean and adequate. We stayed in the rooms outside of the main B & B. The room was nice and inviting. The main building was a bit dated but we felt we got value for money. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. Overall we enjoyed our weekend stay. Breakfast was nice and we were given a choice of what we wanted to eat.
We didn't realise we would be accommodated in a room outside of the main building. The main building was dated and could do with touching up a bit, but otherwise, no complaints. It served a purpose for a couple of nights.

The property was in a really convenient location, just on the edge of town center only 5-6 minute walk. The owner Lee and her daughter were extremely nice and helpful. This place was exceptional value compared to every other accommodation option in the area. The room was very comfortable. Also appreciated the free breakfast in the morning.
No issues with the property whatsoever. Not the most glamorous accommodation but it was more than suitable and comfortable for our needs

The location was excellent and very convenient, with good parking facilities available, which made our stay hassle-free. The breakfast was another highlight—it was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety of options. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily recommend this place.

Great location, just outside the centre but whithin walking distance. Bathroom was spacious. Friendly staff at breakfast.
The entire b&b needs to be updated. It is very outdated and feels dirty with stains on the carpet and wallpaper coming off the walls. The bed was small, noise from outside was very loud. Curtains let a lot of light through.
