    polite to guests. We had booked a room in advance, but when we arrived at noon, he said our room wasn’t clean yet and gave us another one that didn’t match what we paid for. We requested to change our room the next day, but he never followed up. On the third day, he told us there were no available rooms, even though one was clearly vacant on the ground floor. It seemed he simply didn’t want us to stay there. Overall, he was not hospitable and treated foreigners disrespectfully… disappointing!

    +Good location, bus stop and metro nearby, several laundry places in the area too +More spacious room than in other hotels in Istanbul +The hotel staff Mazlum and Mehmet are nice +No cockroaches or other bugs -The towels can be a bit smelly sometimes, but they will always provide a new one when you ask =Overall it is an incredibly good hotel for the price

    Throw away all the dilapidated Furniture, clean the mold, paint the walls, put more hangers and shelves on walls, put a desk and a chair, and this room becomes much better than it is now.
