Da infraestrutura e da limpeza. Pedimos a limpeza do quarto e não trocaram o edredom, pois minha colega estava menstruada e acabou que sujou o edredom na madrugada. Pela manhã pedimos a limpeza e apenas viraram o edredom ao contrário. Achei que o café da manhã também tinha poucas opções, mas deu pra manter.

This hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Galata and Karakoy, where you can easily catch ferries or public transportation to the historic center or the northern part of the European side. At first glance, the area might not seem like the best, but it's absolutely safe, and despite the city traffic, the hotel is quiet. The owner's children welcomed us warmly, and the owner himself and his staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel's highlight is the veranda where breakfast is served, which offers a beautiful view of Istanbul.

The only downside might be the room, which, while comfortable, could use some updating and repairs, especially the towels, which have holes or stains (although they were clean). For the price, it's an absolutely excellent choice.

La propreté laisse à désirer : tâches sur les draps, salle de bain mal nettoyé (aération bouchée par la poussière, poils sur les toilettes, etc.)

Cama, travesseiro e chuveiro bons. Hotel bem localizado para quem quer visitar a Torre de Gálata e próximo à estação de trem. Café da manhã satisfatório.

O quarto parecia melhor nas fotos. Táxis não entram na rua do hotel, aparentemente, pois é bem apertada. O banheiro estava com um vazamento, deixando o chão molhado o tempo todo (não solicitei reparo para evitar o incômodo). Em um dos dias no café da manhã, o pão acabou pois uma hóspede subiu e pegou tudo. Como não havia ninguém do staff disponível precisei descer na recepção para pedir reposição (o café era no último andar e a recepção no térreo - não há elevador) - isso foi resolvido rapidamente.
