La posizione è semplicemente perfetta, a pochi passi dal suggestivo Ponte di Rialto, nel cuore pulsante di Venezia. L'appartamento è accogliente, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. I letti sono incredibilmente comodi, garantendo un riposo ottimale dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare la città. Un plauso speciale ai gestori, sempre disponibili e tempestivi nel soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta: ad esempio, quando abbiamo segnalato che l'asciugacapelli non funzionava, ce ne hanno fornito subito uno nuovo. Un'ottima scelta per chi cerca qualità, comfort e un servizio attento!

Piccoli inconvenienti, se si vuole essere pignoli: qualche difficoltà nell'aprire la cassetta di sicurezza contenente le chiavi. Inoltre, in bagno era presente solo un doccione fisso, non l'ideale per chi vuole evitare di bagnarsi i capelli.

It had 2 bedrooms (and I think a pull out couch). They left some tea and sugar along with a kettle. Bring coffee and cream if you want it. The communication with Wonderful Italy was good through WhatsUp, they were prompt and helpful. The location was nice, close to shopping and many restaurants, within 1 block. It was easy to get to the Water-bus's from the train and to the Airport ferry as well.

It is 3-4 flights of stairs. If you have knee problems or are unable to bring up large luggage - move along, this place is not for you. We were 2 - 45 & 55 yr old agile women (one is an Ironman). It was a pain in the butt to drag 2 - 45lbs bags up and down those stairs. Storage was not good, no place for luggage. They need to figure out how to use the vertical space better, such as towel racks for rolled towels in the bathroom/bedrooms. I had to take the towels off the bed and stash them under the nightstand and then hang them on door handles to dry. Space was very limited. The Pantry door was broken and did not open. The beds were decent. The place had heat, but no blankets. I prefer to sleep with it colder and have a warm blanket rather than heat the house and sleep with a sheet (we stayed mid-Oct). The couch was terrible, sagged in the middle, and very uncomfortable - it is the only place to sit beside the 6 backless bar stools, 2 we used for couch side tables. The check-in process was tedious (I had seen this in other reviews) The contract to sign was sent in Italian and I have been communicating in English, I likely could have texted them back, but instead translated it in Google Translate. I had to fill out paperwork on 3 different occasions which was difficult as this was a 2 week trip to various places and I did not have good internet at times to download and sign contracts, or pay the tax. A nice touch would be to leave a book of restaurants and a map - or some other introduction information. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms for 2 people. Any more than 4 people would be too much, with no room to move/sit. The place is "fine". It could easily be improved and I have passed along some easy changes to Wonderful Italy. Would I stay here again - it would not be my first choice for the price, but it was not bad. I booked late and was running out of options. The price was decent for 2 bedrooms. I did not love it, I did not hate it.
