Everything was top drawer: POI suggestions, breakfast, location, room. Couldn’t have asked for more.

This place is ideal in Venice easy to walk around very safe owner and everyone at the hotel is wonderful. Breakfasts are phenomenal. Water taxi back home came right to the canal at the rear of the dining area.
