Exclusive Ca Quadri Apartments

Very comfortable beds, location, had everything. Host was excellent, full of information.

The property was tired, electric lights didn’t work, the outside space was cluttered with building materials/rubbish.

The location was great and had easy access to good restaurants. Very close for the ferry station to Murano/Burano. Host was great and gave us good tips for sight seeing.

It would be helpful if the AC could be cooler but it fairly comfortable.

Location is perfect – it's in the quiet part of northern Venice, and I like this area. Very close to the northern promenade for a beautiful pre-breakfast walk. There are a few very nice restaurants nearby. The host is very friendly and briefly told us about the key points of Venice, which was useful. Also, he was extremely helpful with luggage storage after we left, so we are very thankful for that as well! I like that there are two rooms, enough space, a big bathroom, and a cosy balcony for dinner. I am very happy with this choice.

Location 10+ Sights within walking distance, there is a grocery store nearby, there is a bar opposite the house, but there was no noise. Customer-focussed and friendly owner, answered all the questions before arrival, told when checking in where to go and what to see.

High humidity, weak water pressure, there is a balcony, but there is no dryer - it was a rainy day, but there is nowhere to hang clothes to dry.
