The host was friendly. Air conditioner was very good. The apartment was clean and newly renovated. The location was truly perfect.
There isn't a door between living room and bedroom. Also the sofa bed was pretty comfortable but it creaked. Our check-in was a little delayed because the host was a bit late and when he finally arrived, we found out that the apartment wasn't ready yet.

L’emplacement est parfait, la salle de bain est propre le reste de l’appartement est moderne il mériterait un petit rafraîchissement mais c’est très correct.
Le mitigeur de température de douche dysfonctionne. Par ailleurs nous avons eu une coupure d’électricité de tout le quartier tout une journée mais cet événement reste exceptionnel je pense.

L'appartamento è arredato Ikea, essenziale e pratico. Ottima la posizione. Circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione S.Lucia, 10 minuti a piedi da San Marco e Rialto, 2 minuti dalle Fondamente Nove che portano a Murano ,Burano, isole e sul Canal Grande. Staff disponibile e accogliente.
Solo per estrema precisione, perche comunque il soggiorno è stato accogliente. Le lenzuola erano bucate in alcuni punti, il piumino ikea di entrambi i letti non sapeva di pulito. Il divano letto (eravamo in 4) era da fare, piuttosto scomodo per dormire ma soprattutto molto rumoroso.Ma Poco male, nel complesso del.soggiorno. L'appartamento era pulito in generale e ben tenuto.

Très bonne localisation. Appartement simple et fonctionnel.
La personne responsable de nous laisser les clés et de répondre à nos questions n'a pas été à la hauteur du tout, nous laissant notamment dehors un soir car le boîtier à code ne fonctionnait pas et qu'il avait oublié de nous laisser une clé. Heureusement que nous avons pu compter sur d'aimables voisins!
