Location. Washing machine and kitchen. Aircon. Secure. Spare bed. Toiletries. Responsive communication.

Smell of the drains but it is Venice. Electricity tripping out when running more than one appliance. 2nd toilet is out of order.

Apartment was spacious and had all the amenities advertised and whats was needed. Communication was clear and quick with owner. Having a washer and dryer was fantastic. Really close to the taxi water bus docks. I would definitely recommend getting a water bus from airport or train station to apartment (stop fondamente nove) then you will only have a 5 min walk. We walked it from train station with out luggage and it was about 35 mins and awkward with all the stair bridges. Overall apartment had everything needed and was as pictured but I felt it was a little overpriced for what it actually was.

Location was hard to find. The address listed isn't what is on the street. On street its Corte del Paludo. If you use this on Google maps you can then find it with the number at top of the door. The second toilet was taped shut and didn't work. The shower head was sellotaped together. The smell of the drain at various times of day was really off putting but I think this is just venice. Location was quiet and maybe only like a 5 or 10 mins walk to more busier areas but the quietness and darkness walking home at night I didn't like. That being said it did seem a safe area.

The location was perfect. The apartment was exceptional for us (2 adults and 1 child),very clean and very well equipped. The check-in and check-out was really easy and Marina gave us wonderful support and tips to enjoy the city.

All was great but I’ll recommend to change the mattress in the main room

Good location, good kitchen. The lounge area was also very handy. Funky decorations.

Main bathroom's toilet blocked on first flush on our Thursday arrival, definitely some issue with piping. Landlord got me buying some chemicals to try and unblock, but this caused more issues. We eventually had a smelly apartment for 4 days and the landlord was not able to arrange a plumber during our stay, which was very strange. This ruined our expensive stay.
