La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la Plaza San Marcos. La decoración del apartamento es muy veneciana, clásica, pegado a un canal… el tamaño del apartamento es muy grande, incluso siendo 5 había mucho espacio.

Dos personas tuvieron que dormir en el sofá cama, se hunde un poco, por lo que si no son niños pequeños, pierden comodidad frente a los que duermen en la habitación que tiene unas camas comodísimas…

It was a pleasant place to stay. The location is truly beautiful and very convenient, with all major attractions nearby and several shops within walking distance. The view from all the windows was especially charming — looking out onto the canal and the little bridge, with gondolas and boats passing by. Inside, the apartment has a lovely, historic feel, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

There were several things that could be improved. In the bathroom, there were no hooks near the sink or the shower, which made it difficult to hang towels. The host also did not inform us that the boiler is only 60 liters – this is enough for a very quick shower for a maximum of three people, even though the accommodation is meant for five. We were also surprised that there were no wine glasses (only one plastic one), and overall the kitchenware was not in good condition. We had to wash most of the dishes ourselves. It was not very hygienic that the sponge and cleaning cloth were not new. Pots, pans and the teapot didn’t have lids. We were also surprised to find that the welcome water in the fridge was already opened, which was quite unexpected and not very hygienic. At night, the heating was not sufficient, and we felt cold – especially the floor, so slippers are definitely needed. We arrived late in the evening, after 22:00, and had to pay an extra €30 for late check-in, which we found a bit unclear. At that time all the shops were already closed, so we had no food or water. It would have been nice if the host had left at least some basic essentials or fruit as a welcome gesture, especially considering the late check-in fee.
