Massimo was a fantastic host - he gave us plenty of information and always in a friendly manner, without ever being overbearing. The apartment was wonderful, clean and had everything we could need. We usually stay in hotels but wanted something more personal and spacious while travelling with children, and this was perfect. The location is excellent, not too far from F.te Nove (for access to Alilaguna to/from the airport) and walking distance to many sights, while being in a quiet area. Massimo also helped store our luggage on our final day. Fully recommended!

Very nice property and fantastic communication from Mossimo. He was so helpful and accommodating. He gave us tips and tricks for getting around and locations of the best things to see and eat! Loved our time in Venice! Highly recommended!

Amazing host, location off the beaten path but near enough to get around and explore all of Venice. Clean, modern apartment with all the necessary amenities and help from Massimo whenever we needed it.
