Location is excellent.
This was our second time staying in this apartment, and it has definitely dated in the 3 years since. When we arrived we had to wash cutlery and pots, to enable us to use them. The fridge was also not clean, and the shower had some mould. We reported this, and we were given a bottle of prosecco and Italian biscuits to compensate, which was nice, but still had to clean the items ourselves. The kitchen also lacked some utensils that would've been useful, such as scissors, chopping board, oven tray. Very noisy neighbours!

Location was fabulous ...shops and cafes right outside your door and just a short walk from a main water taxi stop and gondola stop etc
it would have been easier if the key had been in a lock box at the property rather than try to make plans to meet someone at the property
