Everything. Especially the possibility for the late checkout for a very reasonable price.
The cleaning staff entered twice in my room without knocking. I forgot to leave the "do not disturb" sign but they should knock anyway before entering.
This was annoying. I give 10 anyway because all the rest was perfect
