    I booked my stay based on the "1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds" option shown on Agoda. However, the "single beds" were just two mattresses pushed together with a 3cm gap, and they could not be separated. When I brought this up at reception, the Asian lady was extremely rude and dismissive, acting as if I had no right to ask about my booking options. When I pointed out that Agoda showed it differently, she completely ignored me. Very disappointing service and misleading room descriptions.
