The hotel is situated in an excellent area, making it very easy to reach various parts of the city on foot. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning in the room worked good.
The lobby was completely unconditioned, which was unbearable in 40-degree heat. To make matters worse, the check-in process took about 30–40 minutes. There were two receptionists sharing a single computer while a queue of 6–7 people formed. One of them seemed new and untrained, requiring constant help.
The receptionists confused my booking, assuming I was part of another group without confirming it with me first.
The room was quite small and very poorly insulated. You could hear every single person walking or talking in the hallway.

Very good location, clean rooms and nice staff.
We were staying on the first floor and couldn’t sleep in the morning because there was a lot of noise in the hallway from people going to the breakfast (breakfast is on the first floor). So if you want to sleep in it’s basically impossible if your room is on that floor.
