NH Düsseldorf Königsallee

We stayed at the hotel for nine nights, and overall, our experience was very pleasant. I would like to highlight the hotel's excellent location, the comfortable and well-organized room, the comfortable bed, the good shower, and the reception staff, who were always eager to assist us with any request. The surrounding area offers several good restaurants and a supermarket, as well as convenient transportation links to anywhere in the city.

On the downside: upon arrival, we requested daily room cleaning and tidying, and our request was approved. In practice, however, this only happened a few times during our stay; we mostly managed with just having our towels changed daily. The reception staff apologized profusely, explaining that there was an issue with the cleaning company. To their credit, the receptionist—on his own initiative—waived the charges for all the breakfasts we had eaten when we checked out, as a gesture of compensation.

A very good location, close to the main attractions, shops and restaurants, yet in a quiet neighborhood. A clean room and friendly staff.

Close to city centre

Very small room, AC not working properly

Very good location, clean rooms and nice staff.

We were staying on the first floor and couldn’t sleep in the morning because there was a lot of noise in the hallway from people going to the breakfast (breakfast is on the first floor). So if you want to sleep in it’s basically impossible if your room is on that floor.
