The hotel has a trendy, colourful vibe - reminds me of some of the 25Hours hotels. Everything was clean and comfortable, the location was fine, and price very reasonable. Sparkling water on tap was a nice touch.

Noise: Main issue is the tram line runs right under the window and the trams are particularly loud (they screech). They ran until around midnight and were going again before 5am. If this would bother you, maybe request a room on the other side (don’t know if it’s better). Amenities: The shower had hair conditioner which was nice, but no shampoo? I absolutely expected shampoo so hadn’t brought any. Perhaps a housekeeping mistake. Room: Only complaint would be lack of bedside table or shelf for water, your phone, etc. Incidentally the bed was really high so I couldn’t even reach the floor from bed. There is a power socket for your phone but a standard charger is not even long enough to reach the floor and the phone has nothing to rest on. So you cannot really make use of it.

The room was spotless and the hotel itself is beautiful !!! Extremely comfy. The staff was great as well, and my highlight was the amazing coffee served in the lobby every morning.

The only downside is the location. Since it's close to the train station, it is a dodgy part of town.

Lovely design, location, comfortable beds, excellent people at the reception.

I knew about the once in three days cleaning rule from reading the reviews and brought it up myself. This should be explicitly mentioned at the time of check in and not rely on guests reading the in room notice. What is great is that you can get the room cleaned more frequently if you let the reception know. So no issues in the end!
