Just because I was late 10 mins to check out the cleaning lady started yelling at me saying that she wants to got so I should get out of the room " what are you waiting for, get out i have to go " were here specific words. Really the worst experience ever

Hotel is very near to the Düsseldorf main Railway station, rooms are very tiny, hardly any space to move around, no telephone in the room to interact with the hotel staff or reception, no toiletries in the room, the soap dispenser was designed in way that it will not deliver more than 2 mL for next delivery you have to wait 20/30 seconds, very expensive stay for an less than budget rated hotel, felt suffocating in the room, checked out almost 24 hours before even though payment was done for 5 nights, not an pleasant experience, would not suggest for any others to stay. The Hotel should improve the amenities otherwise it is not suitable for our Asian/ Indian people.
