Location, there was an extra room in the basement where there are tables and you can make tea.
Good bed, nice room
There were lots of stairs and the lift only took to a half floor, so difficult with a suitcase.
The sink in the room was clogged. The shower had only lukewarm water

"Hotel is 3 minute walk from nearest supermarket and there are some good restaurants next to the hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly."
