Hotel is 3 minute walk from nearest supermarket and there are some good restaurants next to the hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Cheap, clean and close to the railway station.
My apartment had a bad smell that got a little better as the AC was on, but it was still bothering the whole stay. It smells like old cigarettes. And then in the bathroom it also smells but more like moldy/musty.
Rooms are otherwise really clean but cheaply made. That is fine due to the cheap price tho. The smell was the biggest minus. Not sure if its only one room tho.
And there is no 24/7 reception. But for me that wasnt a problem really.
