Erittäin siisti ja tilava huone, kauniit näkymät ja sijainti loistava. Numan hotellit ovat tuttuja ja jos tykkää puuhata itsenäisesti ja syödä itse laitetun aamiaisen omassa rauhassa niin Numan hotellit ovat omaa luokkaansa. Osuimme pahimpaan helteeseen eikä huoneessa tullut ahdasta kahden teinin kanssa majoittuessa vaikka vietimme aikaa paljon myös sisätiloissa 😄

Moitteita ei varsinaisesti ole itse hotelliin. Düsseldorfin keskustassa sijaitsevassa hotellissa oli hetkittäin meteliä yöllä viikonloppuna, varmaankin muutamassa huoneessa oli väkeä juhlimassa. Tämä ei yllättänyt, mutta hyvä tietää. Viikon matkamme meni pääosin todella rauhallisesti.

The location is great with access to old town and city center in walking distance. The online login and logout experience is also an advantage here

Firstly I chose it as it was mentioned it has a private reservable parking. But after the booking, they mentioned all spaces are SOLD OUT. Then they didn’t cooperate to cancel the booking nor finding an alternative! Pretty inconvenient and no care to customer needs with cold responses without even empathy! The facilities are also not good enough. There was a washing machine without any dryer or even outside drying options, so it was useless. On the other hand there was no dishwasher and there was a small sink. So dish washing was a nightmare and hassle.
