    Walking distance from Train Station. Reception staff is very friendly. Hotel is clean. Must try.

    As a solo traveler i was happy i picked this hotel. The staffs were so nice. But unfortunately it was my luck.. that night another guests (one of the room) were suuuper loud like banging all the stuffs around like crazy. I think they are young and went out party. Weren’t that respectful for other guests. I understand it was out of the hotel’s control but just a little suggestion. Maybe put solo travelers close to each other and the big groups to the other side?

    We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is excellent, just a 4-minute walk from Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof (Central Station). From there, you can easily reach both the Old Town and the Merkur Spiel-Arena using public transportation. The breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Our room was spacious; however, it did not have air conditioning or a refrigerator. Considering how warm it was in Düsseldorf during our stay, the lack of air conditioning was a significant drawback. Fortunately, the staff provided a fan, which helped somewhat. Another downside was the noise level at night, as we could hear a lot of sounds coming from outside. Despite these minor inconveniences, we would still recommend this hotel for a stay in Düsseldorf.
