Villa Rafaella II Palace by Atlantic Places

The location and the cleanliness were great. Property manager was exceptional and dealt with questions and queries really quickly! Had all amenities needed. The deck chairs were also new.

Only thing I can say it’s the pool can be cooler at times but the property manager sorted it immediately. The pool table needs to be replaced as it was very worn. Also neighbours had dogs constantly barking at night but not really anything g to do with the property.

Ruim huis, Goed zwembad met verwarming (tegen betaling), Veel kamers , Goed parkeren, Goede plaats om buiten te eten, Goede BBQ, Privacy is goed.

Keuken is relatief klein voor een groot huis, We hadden aanvankelijk problemen met warm water voor de douche maar na instructies is dit opgelost.

The space available was great, we all had places to go to and were not on top of each other. It was great having the pool right there and the pool towels as well as the bathroom towels easing the amount of luggage as well as access to the tennis court was a big perk. The kitchen had everything we needed and the extra facilities outside (pool table, darts and table tennis) made family time very enjoyable. The property managers were quick to respond to any requests and provide aid.

We had a few problems with the electric circuits being off when we arrived. The electric supplement to the solar heater for the hot water was off for a few days and with cooler weather the solar heater didn't cut it. But this was quickly resolved by the property manager once we wrote to them.

Very clean pool lovely.

Beds in the 4th bedroom upstairs were hard and uncomfortable. Not enough glasses and crockery. Pool table very jaded.
