We always stay in this area but try different accommodation every time. This villa was large and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the equipment was functional ( although we didn’t use anything as ate out all the time) and the upstairs balcony is beautiful in the sunshine, maybe just needs a small table and some comfier chairs out there to enjoy your morning coffee. Great location for lots of beautiful beaches in the area and lots of good value restaurants in the area. We ate a great breakfast daily at the City Bar for €8 and ate at Margem Sul, LusoGusto and Sessons at Ponta grande. We walked to Gale and then the beach path to Amarcao de pera about 5.5 miles but highly recommend. Fantastic few days

We didn’t have anything in particular we didn’t like but we weren’t sure if there were sunloungers available for the poolside? As it wasn’t a heated pool, we didn’t use it but I’d ask the question beforehand as you’d need somewhere to relax by the pool.

Tive uma estadia absolutamente espetacular no Villa Rafaella by D’Alma Portuguesa! O alojamento superou todas as expectativas — confortável, bem equipado, limpo e com uma localização excelente. Cada detalhe foi pensado para proporcionar uma experiência relaxante e acolhedora. Um destaque especial para a hostess, que foi simplesmente fantástica: atenciosa, disponível e sempre pronta a ajudar com um sorriso. Excelentes áreas exteriores, ideal para quem viaja com crianças. Fez-nos sentir verdadeiramente em casa. Sem dúvida pretendo voltar. Recomendo vivamente!
