The position of it. The staff. The cleanliness.
It needs a bit of updating.

The house is really big, the views breathtaking, and really close to the beach
When we arrived the house wasn’t really clean, we found multiple pieces of hair on the floor. During our whole stay the house was never cleaned, no towels were replaced

Location
Parking garage was small and had odd smell.. View of pools under construction wasn’t the best.
