It was really spacious place with a lot of rooms and bathrooms, it was comfortable to share the whole house with a family of 3 separate families. The pool was really good and clean. The washing machine as broken and we got a new one during our stay.

It was not clean at all. We have a 1 year old who was crawling in the living room and his clothes got really dirty from the poorly cleaned floor. The bbq place was not so clean as well, when we asked about the cleaning of it, we got an answer that the ocean cleans the bbq (humidity)… one of the days we had to kill a cockroach in the bedroom where my baby was sleeping.

Die Lage vom Haus war perfekt und es war sehr sauber. Außerdem kümmerte sich jemand die ganze Zeit um den Pool. Mit Anreise und Abreise hat auch alles perfekt gepasst.

The house is very spacious and works well for a large group. We were 8 people and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as good common areas. The location is good and the swimming pool is definitely one of the highlights of the property.

The property is in need of significant maintenance and, unfortunately, its current condition does not fully reflect the photos on Booking. There is noticeable wear throughout the house and outdoor areas, including a very worn refrigerator, stained furniture and headboards, and outdoor furniture in poor condition. The outdoor areas were particularly different from what is shown in the photos. The parasols pictured were not available — there was only one that we found broken and stored in a corner. One of the benches by the large outdoor table was very unstable, with only two legs properly touching the ground. There were also no proper utensils for the barbecue. The upstairs terrace looks like a pleasant, furnished area in the listing, but in reality the furniture was old and had no cushions, impossible to use. Overall, the house has a lot of potential, but it needs considerably more maintenance and some renovation. The listing photos should also be updated to better reflect the property’s current condition.
