Excellent property: The villa has undeniable potential, offering a very spacious layout and a nice pool. ​Great location: The property is situated in an excellent spot. ​ Responsive management: To be fair, the hosts were quick to communicate and responsive whenever we messaged them about an issue.

Lack of upkeep: Cleanliness was sub-standard upon arrival (especially the floors and pool area), the BBQ was unusable, and there was a persistent drain smell on the ground floor. ​ No AC upstairs: The lack of air conditioning on the upper floor made those bedrooms practically unusable due to the heat. ​Major disruptions: We faced a gas outage that left us with no hot water or ability to cook, and the dishwasher broke halfway through our stay and was never fixed. ​Rigid check-out policy: Despite all these inconveniences and knowing the villa was completely unbooked the next day, there was no real flexibility. They only extended our check-out from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, insisting we pay for a full extra night if we wanted to stay any longer.
