El primer día no funcionó el wifi, pero el segundo día vino un técnico a arreglarlo directamente.

De locatie was top. Geen buren om je heen en een supermarkt op 3 minuten met de taxi. Albufeira op ongeveer 10 minuten met de taxi. De tuin was heerlijk met het zwembad. Echt een top villa.

De wifi was niet overal even goed.

The property was very clean and well kept with massive rooms and plenty of space for 13 people. The pool was very large fitting everyone in comfortably

The Villa itself was good but it needs a serious upgrade as it's looking tired. Lack of kitchen equipment. Coffee and Tea mugs were limited and there were only 10 of us staying there. A totally mislead piece of information is that the Villa quoted that it had a safe deposit box, which was a major requirement for a few of us who travelled. So, after searching the whole property we then asked the agent where it was located to then be told NO it does'nt have one, leaving us then to leave our valueables locked in our cars knowing at least we were insured. We had to go shopping and buy some wine glasses as they were none. The fridge freezer didnt close properly and we lost a fridge full of fresh food overnight. The downstairs bedroom is very dark and the only bedside lamp was not working due to a missing plug. The maintenace team took it away. The driveway lights didn't work leaving it pitch black of an evening, we did mention this and an electrician was sent, but they still didn't work. We paid extra for the heated swimming pool which was lovely for the first 2 days then very cold until we notified the management company who to be fair did send somebody out to rectify the issue. The laundry area was good apart from the Ironing board which must be 25yrs old. Lack of outside furniture, as there were 10 of us and only 8 sunbeds and outside chairs, strange really as the Villa is advertised to cater for up to 14 people. Now in this day and age everybody needs internet and this was absolutely terrible. It only worked in the small snug where the router was and also in the lounge, other than that it was non-existent, which im sorry but was not good enough, as 3 of us still needed to look after work commitments back home and the service was not good. All it needs is some boosters around the Villa for this to work properly. Yes we have data but even that is sometimes costly and unreliable.
