Alvorada Premium by Sunny Deluxe

Amazing view from large patio. The size of apartment. Within walking distance of Old Town, and the Marina. A great location for us without being in the center of the tourist activity. One restaurant directly across the street, with 2 others and one small grocery a short walk away. Great for light meals, and getting basic food items.

Some of the kitchen utensils need updating from excess wear, mainly cutting boards. Other than that, we liked everything.

Een prachtig modern appartement met een geweldig uitzicht. Je loopt de berg af zo Albufeira in 20 min lopen. Op 5 min een kleine supermarkt. De liddle 20 min lopen.

Wij hebben fijne dagen gekend bij Sunny Deluxe. Mooie locatie,mooi uitzicht,mooi zwembad met ligstoelen. Ik zou er zo terug naartoe gaan.

Geen toilet aan het zwembad.

The location was good but didn’t advise that the property was up a steep incline

The property at the time of booking was advertised as a 3 bedroom property and that’s the basis in which we booked and paid. We were actually torn between this and another 3 bedroom property that was cheaper but we booked this one. When we arrived there is only 2 bedrooms the 5 bed was a pull down bed in the hallway next to the front door, the 6th bed was in the lounge on a fold up bed. The people in bed 5 and 6 had no privacy and those staying in the 2 bedrooms were restricted in the mornings because of waking up those in the hall and lounge. If I could have found s 3 bed property we would have left. We stayed and tried to use the facilities, the beds around the pool were initially chained up and we were told it was because of the bad weather, the weather got better but the beds were removed. The advertisement stated there was a walk to the town and beach, which was fine but at no point was there any notification that there was a steep incline going back up to the hotel which was difficult with a small toddler in a buggy. We were really looking forward to the excellent rated property and feel very mislead. I’ve since checked the advertising for this property on booking.com and this is now noted as a 2 bedroom property, I still have the original booking agreement that states 3 bedrooms!!
