Urs made the booking, checking-in, checking-out such a breeze! He set the tone for our stay. Whatsapp comms leading up to the stay, during the stay and reachable whenever needed. The apartment is equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. Shower gels in the showers, nice coffee, tea. Extra towels, Nespresso machine and an airfryer! The apartment was neat, clean and right on the water's edge. Very secure with undercover parking. Walking distance to the Waterfront. There were many nice places to eat at there. We loved our stay at 14 Laguna Grove. Under promised, over delivered!
The area around the Waterfront is run down. Vagrants on the sidewalks, not regularly cleaned. It takes away from the niceness of the waterfront properties which have stunning views of the water ways.

Spacious, clean, secure and close to the shops and restaurants. Washing machine and tumble dryer was a plus.
Stairs leading up to 2nd floor unit but only if you have lots of luggage.

The location is unbeatable with a stunning view of the lagoon right from the lounge. The apartment is beautifully furnished, spotless, and very secure. It’s also incredibly convenient being within walking distance to the Waterfront

Great apartment with excellent amenities, including washing machine and dryer, good location, great water view from the balcony and living room
Unfortunately, we had many small cockroaches and one very large one in the kitchen after the light had been off for some time during the night. That stressed me out and made it difficult to sleep peacefully.
