Beautiful chalet in a lovely setting. Enjoyed sitting outside on the porch under big trees. Good location very close to the waterways
Blocked drain in the shower resulting in a very wet floor in the bathroom.

The location was amazing and the staff were extremely helpful and provided such good service. The extra activities were amazing especially the. Cost . Super budget and kids couldn't get enough of the facilities. The staff was amazing from security to reception to house keeping and especially the gentleman in charge of the kids activities. He really made us feel so comfortable and went out of his way to help the kids.
Actually there was nothing to dislike except would have been nice if there was an extra toilet or bathroom.
