Location and all was excellent
Lounge area extremely cold, little heater did not do the job. Maybe install AC for each house to warm up the area in winter.
Reception can maybe look into holding small change R5 coins for gaming room.

The only thing was the lake
The place was not cleaned. After complaining about the fan, they cleaned that. The weber was filthy and broken. They brought another one but I didn't risk using it. You could smell the dust in the place. I had to wipe down the kitchen myself. The place is really small. The pictures make it look bigger. There are many other chalets surrounding you, and so close to each other that you can hear everything going on, so no privacy. You still have to pay for extra activities even after paying so much for your stay. There is no personal washing machine and you have to book the laundry if you want to do it and pay extra for it. I was very disappointed with the place. The lady who rents the place went AWOL after answering only 2 of my what's app messages. Really not worth the price I paid.
