The agent communicated all the information regarding registering at the security and finding the key prior to our arrival.
There was no communication about not having housekeeping. The house was infested with cockroaches which roamed when it was dark in the kitchen. I was not happy with the person who was supposedly coming to fumigate,he just sprayed and more cockroaches were roaming after wards.

Good location
This review does not reflect my experience of the property, but of the booking agent as she double-booked and bumped us to a smaller unit without even an apology and absolutely minimal communication. Her service was non-existent as the double booking was discover by me and not her.
