Location and space
Towels were damp and smelt. Laundry was returned wet/damp, had to try and dry ourselves in apartment. Complained and feedback was the cleaner was using a low setting on the tumble dryer.

This was by far the coolest place we stayed on the Garden Route. There is only one road into Thesen Harbour so it is quite a unique place on the Garden Route. The apt is a proper apt en bloc and is furnished beautifully.
It was perfect. Wish Booking.com offered the penthouse as that has a bath tub. The bathtub photos should be deleted from Booking.com site as its not available to book through them, and I had wanted a bath tub.
